Monday Nights on the Lower East Side will sizzle! That’s what the masterminds behind downtown’s newest “sensation” – simply titled “Horny?” – tell us: “Monday nights are about dancing, drinking and taking some hot, delicious guy home to get laid. It’s a simple formula. We’re just throwing some extra heat into the equation, with hot go-go boys and jock-wearing’ boytenders. Everyone will have a hint of sexual suggestion – even the coat check guys.
The grand opening is Monday, November 10, appropriately enough, at 13 Little Devils. The bar itself, at 120 Orchard Street, one block north of Delancey, just opened on Halloween night.

The space itself is also perfect for extra hot action. Designer Erni Vales, the artist behind Freight’s décor, has turned 13 Little Devils two floors into a space that could easily serve as an upscale entrance to Hades. Vales, once prominent LES graffiti artist, has a tangible sense of the neighborhood and brings edginess to the scene appropriate to the venue. “I wanted to do something that’s not been seen lately… risqué, sexy and suggestive, but still fun,” Vales says. The upstairs, all done up in blood reds and mirrored walls is definitely all that. A unique floor design of ribbed Plexiglas allows revelers to peer down to or up from the depths. “We’ll be rotating the design downstairs,” Vales says, “to keep things interesting.
With two floors and two DJ booths, there’s plenty of space for sinful scintillation. Upstairs they’ll be mixing pop and 80s classics with an @East Village flair@; the downstairs space features another bar and an ample dance floor, which will provide house, hip-hop and other music stylings.
Doors open at 9pm, with complimentary cocktails being served until 10pm. “So many young guys are moving to Lower east Side because it’s one of the least expensive neighborhoods in Manhattan,” the promoters say. “Chelsea becomes gentrified and expensive. That’s on of the reasons we chose the LES for Horny Mondays.” So boys, put down the books and prepare to unleash the devil within!
